Amateur Rugby Club based just outside Diss, Norfolk established in 1958. Sponsored by Adnams.

Founded in 1863, Diss Cricket Club is based at Rectory Meadow in the Norfolk market town. The club has 3 Saturday teams, 1 Sunday team and 4 Youth teams (U11, U13, U15, U17). The 1st XI and 2nd XI play at Rectory Meadow, and the 3rd XI play in the neighbouring village of Burston. The 1st XI play in the Premier Division of the Frankly Digital Norfolk Cricket Alliance. The 2nd XI play in Division 6 of the Frankly Digital Norfolk Cricket Alliance. The 3rd XI play in Division 7 of the Lucas Fettes Norfolk League. The Sunday team enters the Carter Cup, the Lady Mary Plate and the Norfolk Umpires' Cup. Sunday friendlies are also arranged throughout the season.
