Karate Jutsu Kai is an established Martial Arts system with international recognition. Founded by the renowned Kancho Bernard Creton (9th dan), the style strives to provide a system of self defence with traditional values. In Kancho Creton we are fortunate to have a lineage, which leads back to the teaching of Mas Oyama himself and today, Kancho's continued passion and leadership inspires all those who follow him.
The Maidstone dojo is based at the newly re-opened YMCA Sport's Centre, Melrose Close, Cripple Street. Loose. The club was opened by Kancho Creton in the mid 1970's and is firmly established as one of the longest running Karate clubs in Maidstone, Kent.
Classes:
- Monday - Main Hall
Karate - Juniors and Seniors - 6:30-8pm
- Thursday - Upper Hall
Karate- Juniors and Seniors - 6:30-8pm
- Saturday - Kickboxing - 9:00 -10am
Training Fees: Karate £4.00 seniors, £3.00 Juniors. Kickboxing £5.00. Pay as you go.
New members always welcome, no previous experience or equipment necessary.
** 1st class free for new members**
Initial training is in shorts or tracksuit bottoms with T-shirts.
An Annual Licence, Karate gi and pads will be required for those wishing to continue.
This is arranged through the club.
Beginners should be open minded, patient and prepared to take on new challenges
