Pyramid Plastics created the Extenda Fenda and this landmark product formed the basis of a company that can be traced all the way back to 1985.
Founded by by Ben Bowser, a keen biker himself, Pyramid Plastics has become an iconic brand name on the motorcycle accessories scene and has witnessed this inaugural product move from a single mudguard extension kit to unique accessories such as the BMW Hugger, Triumph Belly Pan and Honda Screen.
The company has grown from a single root to a world provider with trade distribution as far as Canada and Australia. Bespoke accessories designed by Pyramid such as the Triumph Hugger or the BMW Belly Pan are tailor made to fit the variation of bikes the riders of the world have.
From the inaugural Extenda Fenda, first coined and made in Gainsborough,
Lincolnshire, Pyramid Plastics has taken it and its counterparts, such as the Triumph Belly Pan to all reaches of the United Kingdom and beyond.
As Pyramid Plastics have expanded, so the product range has followed suit. Brands such as Puig and Ermax have been introduced for items such as the Honda Screen and Screen. Allowing for quality and trust to be placed alongside the assurance of Pyramid's own branded items. In fact to date there are over 15000 stock items available from the company.
The team consists of an eclectic range of professionals from differing industries that have come together to make the company a dominant force across the globe in the motorcycle accessories market
With Ben Bowser is Jane Goodwin and David Fletcher who work the phones whilst Co-Director Karen Wlikes heads up the export trade. The creative force of Justin Patchett leads the media department with contractor Mobius DMG helping deliver the company in the digital revolution and Graham Loates is the chief design engineer.
