I am a multi award winning highly qualified, very experienced specialist whole of market independent financial advisers based in Malvern, Worcestershire. Due to my experience and very high levels of qualifications I am personally classed as an: Inheritance tax planning and trusts specialist, Investments specialist, Pensions including pension sharing pension and drawdown specialist. I am considered by many people to be one of Worcestershire countys leading specialists in investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning and trustee investments. I mainly deal with indiviuals, but work in conjunction with local accountants and solicitors. I provide a high quality service to a small select amount of clients and see my clients on a regualr basis to ensure there plans are tax efficient, performing well against pre-determined benchmarks and keep my clients up to date with all legislation, tax and law changes to ensure their goals are achieved. I have a transparent charging structure and am upfront and clear about my charges, which can be either fees or commission, with this being agreed with my clients upfront with my initial consultation being free. I passed my financial planning certificates in 1995 and obtained my Diploma in 2009, the newly introduced standard that all advisers will need to achieve by 2012. I am currently studying for my advanced Diploma with the aim of becoming chartered by 2011. I have successfully passed the CII advanced personal taxation and trust planning module in October 2009 (the highest qualification in taxation and trusts for financial advisers) the CII advanced pension planning module in October 2010 (the highest qualification for financial advisers in pensions), the CII advanced investments module in October 2011 (the highest qualification for financial advisers in investments) and the CII advanced financial planning module in April 2011. I am also one of one 2 resolution affilaited advisers in Worcestershire. Resolution affiliated advisers are highly qualified advisers that pass the Resolution criteria and have an indepth knowledge of pension and divorce cases. I have provided my services to many clients since 1995. I started off with Pearl Assurance being quickly promoted to be Pearl’s youngest area manager. I worked for Malvern Independents (Malvern Independent Financial Advisers) with Positive Solutions for 8 years, and I have now decided to provide advice via 2Plan as I feel this software will provide me with better systems to provide more comprehensive specific advice. I aim to build a good long-term relationship with my clients by seeing them on a regular basis and aim to help them through all their financial planning problems. I have contributed to both BBC Hereford & Worcester Radio and Radio Wyvern programmes. The office is based in Malvern with easy parking for the elderly and disabled, although I do have clients all over I will see clients in their homes in and around Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Warwickshire. My interests outside of work include Football (a made Liverpool fan), Music (various tastes), snowboarding (only once per year unfortunately), golf (badly), comedy (watching) and campervaning (including breaking down in the old Vee Dub VW).
