The Letchworth Healing Rooms is a place where anyone can come for prayer, no matter what the need: whether physical sickness, pain or any other concern or need they may have. Each person will receive prayer from a team of three people who are dedicated and committed to seeing the same healings which took place in the Bible; these are taking place today because ‘JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOREVER’.

We are a Christian organisation dedicated to bringing the message of Salvation through Jesus Christ. Our ministry is strictly Scripture based, and incorporates music, song and drama. Letchworth Garden City was founded in 1903 by Ebeneezer Howard, was one of the first new towns, and is the world’s first garden city. Built on quaker principles, the town was “dry”, no alcohol was served in any public houses. Indeed, the “Skittles Inn”, opened around 1907,was known as the “pub with no beer”. During January 2005 “Sollershot Circus” (to give it its formal name) in Letchworth Garden City was recognised as having the first roundabout on a public road in the United Kingdom, dating from circa 1909. The Salvation Army have been active in Letchworth since 1913, originally meeting in the Co-operative hall in Leys Avenue. Meetings were then held at a hut in Norton Way North. The present hall was built in 1936

Central aims to offer a warm welcome, with a range of Worship styles and many different activities running during the week. We offer musical groups, youth groups and outreach through ' drop in' sessions and a 'tea and toddler' group. Sunday Services are 10:30 each Sunday morning, with a monthly evening service in addition. Please visit our website for more information!

You are really welcome to come to our Sunday services. Every week we meet at 8.30am for a 35-45 minute quiet service with no music and 10.00 for a service which has music and activities for children and young people. This lasts about 75 minutes. We have level access, and toilets and baby changing facilities. Our sister church, All Saints in Willian meet at 11.00 on Sundays and have a more traditional service.

FOLC is a church that is open to all ages and races and we believe in spreading Gods fragrance to turn lives around and give hope for the future. FOLC has a mandate to win souls and promote God’s ever growing kingdom on earth and we do this by working fervently within and outside our immediate environment to reach out and affect lives for the better. Whether you’re new to the faith, or a more mature believer and you’re looking for an up-tempo and unique group of people, this is the place for you!
