AVT Ballycastle Mixed Martial Arts Classes
Join us in the McAllister Hall, Ballycastle on Monday nights. The classes are for anyone 15+ years and are £4 per session. Classes are tailored to those wanting to compete or anyone just looking to get involved in the sport or improve their fitness / learn some new skills. Takedowns, striking and grappling / submissions are all covered in the classes.
Classes taken by experienced coaches, members can choose to compete in the Cage if they wish or just take part in the training at the club.
There's a friendly welcome for all who want to be involved and a great atmosphere to train in.
