Gorleston Chillax Youth Club
We offer a welcoming, fun and safe place for children and young people to come on a Friday evening to 'Chillax' and hang out with their mates.
Entry is free, and membership is free.
All volunteers are CRB checked and very committed to making the Youth Club a success.
We have strict No Bullying, No Drugs, No Alcohol and No Smoking policies. Safeguarding our members is our priority, and all issues will be reported to our nominated Safeguarding representative, who will then deal with the matter affectively and within our own Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.
We have a wide range of equipment available for the young people to use.
The Youth Club has well stocked Arts and Craft tables, 6ft pool table, tabletop football, a full sized table tennis table, an xbox 360 kinect with games and a flat screen tv, a karaoke machine, cd/mp3 player, 6 laptops, many board and card games. Our facilities include male and female toilets and a tuck shop where refreshments are available for a small charge.
All our equipment is free to use to all our members.
Directly behind the Youth Club there is a huge playing field with a Skate Park, Basketball Court and a very well equipped Playground. However, if you choose to go outside please be aware that our responsibility for your health and safety ends and all young people become solely responsible for their own health and safety. This is clearly explained in our membership form.
