The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven, washer, microwave, underwork surface fridge and under work surface freezer and a dishwasher. The door from the kitchen leads into the lounge with feature fireplace and electric wood burner effect fire, wood effect floor and comfortable seating. The dining area has table and chairs. The stairway leads to the double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom all leading off the small landing. The bathroom has bath with shower over, W.C and wash hand basin. Off the landing is a smalll drying cupboard with radiator - ideal for drying wet clothes. Outside is the south-facing sitting out area and private parking area.
