Time Banking is where communities share skills, help each other and everyone benefits. For every hour people work they earn a 'time credit' which they can then 'spend' when they need help. There are over 100 time banks in the UK and they have been shown to reduce social isolation, help volunteers to gain valuable work experience and bring communities together.
