The programme commences on the 15th July and will run for 7 weeks in Omagh, Dungannon and Enniskillen. MILLENNIUM VOLUNTEERS The Volunteer Centre runs the Millennium Volunteer Project. This is aimed at young people aged 16-24 years. They take part in volunteering and once they have completed 100 hours they receive a certificate and they then volunteer towards the Award of Merit 200 hours, where they will be invited to Stormont for Certificate Presentation. This is a project backed by the Secretary of Sate for Education and is also recognised by UCAS.
