Perrywood Sports & Social Club
Perrywood Sports & Social Club evolved from Monotype Sports & Social Club which was opened in 1929. The sports & social club has various sections at present including Monotype Junior & Adult Football and Monotype Bowls Club. The club also has a function room with licensed bar. There are also a number of nights during the week where various types of dancing take place for beginners and freestyle for the more experienced.
The club is situated amongst 13 acres of land and is located adjacent to Salfords railway station and walking distance to the local bus routes between Crawley, Horley, Redhill, Reigate etc.
The club currently has one small sided pitch and two 11 a side football pitches. Currently there are Under 8s, 9s 10s, 12s, 14s & 16s and two adult teams.
The bowls club play from late April to September most afternoon and evenings. Coaching on Wednesday evenings from 5pm.
