3HCF is the Hate Crime, Harassment and Hostility Community Forum in Richmond upon Thames.
We were established by the Community Safety Partnership in 2010 to bring together Council, police, voluntary and community organisations and local residents to reduce the impact of Hate Crime, Harassment and Hostility in Richmond upon Thames.
We meet quarterly with speakers and discussion on topical issues.
We provide an opportunity for networking and partnership working.
Whilst the Forum does not directly provide services to victims and witnesses of Hate Crime, Harassment and Hostility, many of our members do, and we can signpost people appropriate support services.
The meetings of the 3HCF are open to the public and we encourage any community organisation with an interest in the subject to become members. ANY member of the public who attends is entitled to fully participate in the proceedings.
