Our services are available to anyone who has difficulty getting around. You DO NOT have to be registered disabled. Most of our users are affected by age, illness, accident and/or disability. If you have difficulty getting around the shops, getting to a hospital appointment or even around your own home, then why not borrow our equipment to help you. Its FREE to join and FREE to use the equipment. Membership is required for security and to ensure you are fully covered by our insurance. We have a range of equipment available including: - Manual and Electric Wheelchairs (Various Sizes) - Standard and Large Scooters - Portable Scooters - Walking Aids/Rollators We have capes and rucksacks for scooters and wheelchairs.

Cookstown Speakers Club is a 'Not for Profit' organisation affiliated to Toastmasters International, an orgnaisation of more than 4,000 clubs worldwide. Cookstown Speakers Club helps men and women from all walks of life learn the art of speaking, listening and thinking - vital skills in today's world. Meetings usually take place on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of every month, September to July, commencing at 7.30pm and finishing at 9.15pm.
