This includes emotional support, financial support, advice on holidays and respite care.
The support team are willing to make house visits within the local area if necessary.
Information is held on other local organisations who could provide help, e.g. healthcare professionals, social services and benefit agencies.
Grants are available where applicable to help towards equipment, respite, holidays etc.
