Stonehouse Community Gym
Stonehouse Community Gym, is a gym that welcomes all varying from the ages of 12+ (with parental provision), 16+ (without parental provision) and all the way up to those who are 50 years +. Our memberships are not contracts so you are free to chose when you come and go to the gym. We also have a scheme called the EOR (Exersice On Referal) so if you have health problems such as diabeties, obesity, have had a stroke or heartattck recently, or even if you have had a baby then you can go to the doctors to ensure that you are able to exercise and get a form which comfirms this. This then allows us to create a safe exercise routine which will not affect your health conditions by for example making them worse.
Our opening times are: Monday-Thursday: 9am-7pm, Friday: 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm.
We are located in the HQ building at Union Street. If you have any queries then please feel free to call us on 01752 220200.
We charge £5 for a membership (this lasts for 1 year) along with £3.50 for an induction with an instructor. The use of the gym is unlimited with these fee's after you have done an induction and got a membership. You can then pay the fee of £2.50 each time you come into the gym or pay £20 for a monthly ticket which enables you to use the gym as much as you like for the month.
We have deals that are going on in which will be updated to let you know when they are starting and coming to an end.
We currently have some Zumba sessions running. These are on Monday's at St Peter's Primary school at 6pm-7pm. It costs £3 to attend these sessions.
