IT Advice Line was set-up to help the general public with IT problems and give them access to expertise that is usually very costly with no cost initially. IT Advice Line was created by Paul Dunn an IT Manager with BSC (hons) in Computer Network Management, on 19th August 2007. "My intial idea was to set-up the site to help friends/family and work collegues sort out their IT issues, then I found that the general public also needed my services".
