What is Rivers Retreat?
Rivers Retreat is a family well-being centre set in the tranquil surroundings of Saddleworth's natural beauty. The family well-being centre was created by the experienced and truly dedicated Anouska Fraser. After having her own baby Anouska discovered the lack of support for families in the local area and decided to train herself in baby massage, baby yoga, forest schools, alongside studying for her BA Hons at university. With the great belief children need their own individual space to be themselves and unwind Anouska decided to set up Rivers Retreat. Through offering an extensive range of session for children aged 6 weeks up to 8 years, Rivers Retreat aims to promote the whole families self-esteem and well-being.
