Sarum College
Sarum College is an ecumenical study and research centre specialising in Christian education and spiritual reflection. Housed in grade 1 listed buildings in Salisbury’s beautiful and historic Cathedral Close, Sarum is a place of study, work or rest for people of all faiths and none.
The college runs courses in specialist areas of Christian Spirituality, Leadership and Ministry, Liturgy and Worship, Theology, Imagination and Culture and The Arts. We have four postgraduate programmes which can lead to a certificate, diploma or MA degree. Some places are set aside for those who wish to attend courses without seeking a qualification.
Sarum also hosts a number of special events throughout the year, including lectures and conferences, art exhibitions and lunchtime concerts.
Within the college is a Christian bookshop with specialist and general titles in stock for browsing and mail order facility for specific requests and a library with an outstanding collection of more than 40,000 books covering all denominations.
Sarum College’s education, accommodation and services are available to all, whether you’re studying on one of our courses, staying the night as a bed and breakfast guest, hiring one of our meeting rooms or just popping in to enjoy one of our delicious home made meals.
