Catering Our chefs can create whatever menu you want, from a hot or cold buffet, right up to a five course meal for as many as 450 guests. we have five menus that can be used for your event and these can be viewed on this site. However, if there is a special dish that is a must for your occasion, our chefs will do there best to accommodate for a small charge. Wherever possible, our menus are based on fresh, locally-sourced produce.
