Feed Manufacture
Ruminant compound feeds are manufactured at Carlisle, Lancaster and Stone, blends and specialist coarse mixes are manufactured at Kirkbride, Lancaster, Owen at Newtown and Thomas at Carmarthen.
Carrs Billington continues to invest in our production sites ensuring unrivalled product quality and delivery service. A team of nutritionists formulate our feeds in line with the latest research and development, constantly updating our range so that there is a brand which will exactly meet your requirements
The mills and blend plants are all approved under the Agricultural Industries Confederation’s Universal Feed Assurance Scheme. In addition the sites practice a HACCP (Hazard Analysis at Critical Control Points) scheme.
Sales Outlets
A network of 19 retail branches, field sales specialists and advisors provide support and friendly service wherever needed within our trading area. These branches facilitate easy access to a very wide range of products (including feed, machinery parts, fertiliser, animal health, agrochemicals, seeds, pet and equine products, gardening, clothing and sundry retail). We are main agents for many of the leading brands of farm machinery.
