We are based in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the "Garden of England" on the borders of Kent and East Sussex. Our bees gather their pollen and nectar from the fields, hedgerows, orchards and woodlands in the surrounding area. The raw honey we produce is only ever coarse filtered to ensure that it retains it's natural properties and the highest possible pollen content which is valued by those who take a teaspoon a day for medicinal purposes to alleviate their hay fever symptoms.
