Patrick Richards has work at 64 High Street in the lovely village of Albrighton for 42 years, taking over the shop when the previous owner retired 8 years ago. At that time Patrick was joined by his wife, Gaynor, who takes an active role in running this family business.
Patrick is a traditional butcher with a wealth of experience and this linked with his own personal interest in cooking enables his customers to enjoy excellent quality products with a very specialised service.
The last few years have seen the development of our buffet service and we can now prepare anything from a plate of assorted sandwiches to a full blown traditional party buffet of your choice with our dressed Salmon proving particularly popular.
