Baking has been a hobby for as long as I remember. As soon as I graduate I want to concentrate on turning a hobby into a business, so here we go..! You will find me selling my cakes at any local events I can get my hands on and you can always talk to me about ordering your own personalised cakes. Recently I have been experimenting with 'healthy' baking techniques and vegan options alongside the good old fashioned sponge & butter-cream extravaganza! I sell whole cakes at between £5 and £8 depending on the ingredients (the healthier options tend to cost more to make as they involve lots of fresh fruit and nuts). If you have any allergies and find it difficult to buy desserts in the shops, don't hesitate to ask me about what I can do - I know exactly how frustrating it is like as I am allergic to dairy products myself! I don't just bake cakes, I like to try out other desserts too. I am in my 3rd year at Leeds Metropolitan Uni creating food and performance art on Contemporary Art Practices.
