Everyone knows Pascal loves wines, but 25 years of living in Cumbria has influenced his taste for Real Ale. The Lake District is blessed by over 30 micro-breweries some of which are producing some of the best Real Ale in the country. Not interested in doing things by halves, Pascal is working with several local micro-breweries to create unique recipes. We named our first creation Gold Wing – inspired by soaring Ospreys and the calm elegance of Bassenthwaite Lake it promises to blow you away. In fact, the first consignment created so much interest the second batch sold out before it even left the brewery. Our ethos is to create uncompromising styles. Unfortunately as in the world of wine there is evidence that many real ale lack identity and original styles. It is therefore our ambition to bring to you interesting and highly drinkable ales made by different Cumbrian brewers.
