Lebanese food is part of my make-up. My father was Lebanese/Palestinian and I grew up in Kuwait. I love how this type of food brings everybody together; from generations of the family sitting down, rolling vine leaves, to friends coming over, tightly squeezed around a table whilst arguing over the best way of making the perfect hommous (I know the perfect way!!). I love cooking Lebanese food and introducing new tastes to my friends; it's great for vegetarians too.
If you would like me to cater Lebanese food for your event, or even show you how to cook it, just get in contact with me. I can do demonstrations at your home, or any other venue as long as it has cooking facilities. I also do workshops at my home - just watch this space for dates.
In the past, I've had the fantastic opportunity of cooking with children for their birthday parties; making pizzas and cupcakes. The children really enjoy getting stuck in, getting really messy and learning new skills. Just get in contact with me if you'd like anymore information on this.
