Where to begin...
Well, Hi I'm Zebbet :D
It all started with my rocky road cakes, I was at university and instead of doing my work I thought I would make some cakes (much more interesting than work).
I had brought one of those baking kits you get in Asda etc and well to cut a long story short, I thought I can do better than this. So, I did.
My rocky road cakes are now my own design and I have taken up baking other scrummy delights.
I have a personal food hygiene certificate and my kitchen also has a hygiene certificate, so I am nice and legal :D
