Grantham Gingerbread biscuits are quite simply stunning biscuits. They are unique in as far as they are white gingerbread as opposed to the more commonly available dark gingerbread which is made with treacle. Our biscuits are almost 300 years old and are enjoyed as beautiful dome shaped biscuits. Your first eager bite reveals a honeycomb centre, a buttery taste with a lingering but delicate gingery flavour. Our famous biscuits are made using the same methods as were used all that time ago by their creator, William Eggleston.
