I started my business after making birthday cakes for my children, then friends children, then friends of friends started to request them!! Cake making has grown from a hobby to a business for me which i can fit in with family life. I am self taught but always on the look out to learn new things and keep up to date with all the new cake making techniques. I specialise in sugar floristry, making elegant cakes using various sculpting and piping techniques. My recipes are not found in any books and are deliciously unique. I make a wide range of sponges and fillings. My prices are exceptionally competitive however it is my utmost priority to ensure that the standard of my work is always to the highest professional quality, both in terms of taste and aesthetics. Before I can offer a final quote I like to have a no obligation consultation. This will allow any potential clients to sample a range of the sponges and fillings I can offer. It also allows me to hear any ideas from you to ensure your cake is exactly as you imagine, if not better. Of course if there is any specific decoration you already have that you would like incorporating into your cake feel free to bring them along so that I can produce the perfect cake for you.
