The practitioner makes light rolling-type moves over specific muscle, during the session there are short breaks where the practitioner leaves the room, this is to allow the Client's body to rest and respond to the gentle moves. It can be used to help rebalance, relieve tension and reduce pain.
Reiki is healing with Universal Life Energy. Where there is a energetic blockage within our body, the Universal Life Energy flows through the affected area and charges it with positive energy, clearing out the negative energy causing the blockage. In doing this, Reiki clears and heals the energy pathways, allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.
