Hywel Dda Local Health Board provides healthcare services to a total population of around 372,320 throughout Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. It provides Acute, Primary, Community, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities services via General and Community Hospitals, Health Centres, GPs, Dentists, Pharmacists and Optometrists and other sites.

We are situated in Haverfordwest, in the heart of Pembrokeshire, serving the farming community and pets of South West Wales.

I am a graduate of the University of Gloucestershire with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. I currently work with Haverfordwest County Football, Haverfordwest RFC, Next Generation Scarlets rugby as well as running a private clinic from Haverfordwest Chiropractic clinic and Haverfordwest Leisure centre. The aim is to help prevent injuries and to help those who are injured to return to full fitness. Not limited to ‘injured athletes’, but also deal with many common muscular complaints such as back pain, mobility problems, postural problems and work related conditions. Treatments Include; Injury diagnosis, Injury rehabilitation, all soft tissue work including Sports massage, Ultrasound, Spinal/Joint mobilisations, Taping/strapping (Inc Kinesio tape) and pitch side first aid.
