Paula established the Hair Factory in 2002 having worked in the hair industry for many years in almost every aspect of the business. Prior to setting up the Hair Factory had worked as a freelance hairdresser in the local area establishing a loyal clientele. Previously, Paula enjoyed a wide variety of roles in the hair & beauty industry including photo shoots for national newspapers and magazines, pop videos including Boy George, Dave Stewart and Kylie Minogue on Top of the Pops, national television advertisements and many fashion events including London Fashion Week, fashion shows for Red or Dead, Harvey Nichols and national television. Paula brings her huge and wide experience and her own personality to the Hair Factory to turn dreams into reality.
