Dan Worboys - Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy

Mobile Service, Colchester ,
Hi, I am Dan. I have a BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science, a PGDip Health Studies, ISRM/BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy & I am a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage. Combining my undergraduate degree & my post-graduate qualification with my massage qualification I bring a professsional and clinical sports & remedial massage service with rehabilitation advice and a key understanding in the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Sports massage can help improve performance, help injury recovery, help prevent injuries, increase flexibility, improve blood circulation & much more. But, massage is NOT just for athletes - It can help decrease tension, stress & improve posture. Massage can also help with a variety of medical conditions such as Tennis Elbow, Plantar fasciitis, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome & much more. I am currently working with Grays Athletic FC and Colchester & Tendring Athletics Club as a clinical massage therapist. Through this I am gaining valuable experience working with athletes on a variety of issues. I also worked in the pre and post event sports massage area for the Colchester Half Marathon 2013. I run a mobile service, based in Colchester (Essex) - able to travel long distances. I am also available for group/event hire.
