Jeremy & Tikkii would like to welcome you to our recently opened Bed & Breakfast in the wonderful seaside town of Aldeburgh. Our lovely Edwardian house has its own self contained Bed & Breakfast accommodation. We are the perfect base to explore the delights of Aldeburgh & the surrounding area. There is so much on offer be it sporting, culturally or just for relaxation. The tennis courts are within three minutes walk. There are numerous Golf Courses to choose from including Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and slightly further afield Woodbridge & Seckford, to name but a few. A short stroll along the sea front brings you to two sailing clubs and the Martello Tower. The River wall provides one of many lovely walks around the area to suit most abilities. (Maps available) Culturally there are many festivals throughout the year, be it Musical, Literary or Poetry with Snape Malting less than 6 miles away. We have a lovely cinema and an award winning Book Shop. Aldeburgh is also blessed with many fine Restaurants, Art Galleries, excellent shopping and of course the famous Fish & Chips!

The 4 star Brudenell is a privately owned hotel, situated in a wonderful seafront setting, just a step away from Aldeburgh’s shingle beach (so no sand between your toes!) The hotel benefits from panoramic sea views, as well as beautiful views of the river Alde and the surrounding countryside.

Dunan House was built in 1893 with a big garden set back from a private road in the peaceful wooded part of the seaside town of Aldeburgh. There are great views from the bedrooms and the footpath beyond our front gate leads across the marshes to the river Alde a mile away. In the other direction the beach and the high street with loads of good places to eat, drink and shop is less than 10 minutes walk. The house is full of interesting art and colour with an eclectic mix of classic and modern design.

The Wentworth is different. Almost uniquely the hotel has been managed by a member of the same family, the Pritt family, since 1920 and so for more than 85 years there has been a continuous thread linking the past to the future. We value tradition and the standards it sets us, but at the same time we are very aware that we have to meet the changing requirements of today's guests. In many ways, the Wentworth is everything a seaside hotel should be - a blend of the traditional and contemporary.
