We are located in a small coastal conservation village, near St Andrews. Our accommodation is a self-contained wing of our cosy early 19th Century cottage. Bramley House is a traditional Victorian stone built house circa 1864 with many original features. We offer a combination of contemporary luxury and and a laid back friendly atmosphere. The House is named after the apple trees growing in our orchard to the rear of our house. Bramley House is set in beautiful south facing gardens in the village of Strathkinness, two miles to the west of St Andrews. We have adequate parking available and are perfectly situated for visits to St Andrews and exploring North East Fife.
