Services:-
As well as the traditional library service, including a self issue machine and free use of public access computers and internet, the library also provides advice and guidance on a variety of other Council services. A free phone allows customers direct access to other Council departments. Our friendly staff will help with Council Tax and Housing Benefit applications, the Choose and Move scheme, The Housing Register application, Blue Badge applications, the issuing of Kirklees Passports and more. Basic IT sessions can be booked by phoning the library. Photocopying and faxing facilities are available.

Rooms for hire:
Community rooms for hire. The centre is run by Kirklees Council and bookings are managed through the Community Buildings Bookings Team. Please contact them for details of prices and more information.
The Children's Centre:
Our partner service, the Children's Centre, delivers a range of services including Health, Education, Family Support and Community Work through which they aim to support families in the area especially those with children under 5 years of age. Please contact them to find out about the wide range of activities and help that they offer.
