Gentle Yoga inspired movements are designed to make space for the baby so that they can get in to their ideal position ready for labour. They all strengthen the inner muscles, ready to release and open in labour. We aim to build confidence levels so that we can avoid adrenaline kicking in during labour. Plus their are lots of benefits for pregnancy well being, such as massage designed to reduce swelling in the ankles/feet and wrists/hands, relief from heartburn, nausea constipation and much more. We can also help to turn posterior babies and breech babies with our gentle movements.
