Six Genesis LTD is a privately owned and run Umbrella Company with Six senior partners known internally as “The Senior Directorate”. Six Genesis LTD is broken down into 4 divisions for corporate and internal purposes. Each of the 4 divisions is led by a person at the rank of Director; presided over by the Director General and Deputy-Director General. These Six personnel make up “The Senior Directorate”. Every member of the Six Genesis LTD Senior Directorate is officially registered as a “Director” of the company with Companies House. Each Division serves a corporate purpose and an internal function. I.E. The Security Division. This division is used for the “contracting out” of our security personnel to other venues – for example; pubs and clubs (corporate purpose) as well as being utilised for protecting Six Genesis LTD premises, personnel and information (internal function). The company is developing smaller business interests which adhere to the central rank structure, deployment and discipline protocols. All company owned businesses sit under the protective “umbrella” of Six Genesis LTD.
