Originally called CitiVet, Best Friends Vets Dagenham, became part of Best Friends Veterinary Group in 2001 when it was brought along with the Isle of Dogs and Mile End CitiVet practices, due to the previous owner retiring. A lot has happened since then, including moving from it's original location on Church Street, Dagenham, to Broad Street. The new building was completely refitted for the job and enabled the practice to expand. We now boast two consult rooms, in house x-ray room, prep room, two operating theatres, lab and kennels. Something that has not changed though is the level of service, knowledge and amazingly caring team we have here, dedicated to looking after the pets of Dagenham.

Don’t have enough time in the day to walk your dog? Do not fear dial-a-dog walker is here! We believe that dogs need as much compassion as we do so if your work is Getting in the way of you taking your dog for a walk don’t worry Because we will take your fury friend for a walk whenever you can’t! We will take care of your dog from 3:45pm-5:30pm weekdays And 10am-3:00pm on Saturdays. WE DO NOT DO SUNDAYS. Just £2.50 for puppies, tiny and small sized dogs. £3.50 for medium& Large sized dogs £4.00 for extra large sized dogs. We will take your dog for a 1hour walk then take them for a brush. If you would like your dog to be washed we’ll charge you an extra pound. We also feed your dog if you can provide us with your dogs Own bowl. If there is anything you need us to know about your dog please Provide us a with a print out of what they need with your dogs details (Age, breed, any health problems and any medication they need) To speak to us yourself call us on: 02085925903 or 07525720266 Dog sitting available, if you go on holiday and you don't want to put your dog in a kennel, we'll take care of your dog for £60per week. They will be fed, watered, walked daily and will be well loved in a family environment. MUST BE CHILD AND DOG FRIENDLY. Day dog sitting also available for £10 for a day, your dog will be, fed watered and taken for a long walk.

Starlight's Animal Boarding is a small home based facility offering accomodation for rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals whether it be because you have a holiday booked, are in hospital, or for any other reason can not care for them yourselves. For larger animals, such as dogs, cats and also reptiles and fish, we offer pet sitting in your own home. We can visit as many times as you like per day, and also offer a dog walking service, discounted for those using our pet sitting services. We try to offer a relaxing and fun atmosphere, whilst you enjoy your own break away. At our boarding facility, we offer 24 hour care, 7 days a week for your furry friends in our secure and spacious boarding hutches and pens. Run from home, we can cater for everything from weekends away, to long term stays. We have over 5 years in experience with rabbits, and other animals. Starlight's Animal Boarding, Pet Sitting and Dog Walking is based in Dagenham, Essex, but we have had happy customers from as far as London. At Starlight's your pet is treated as a member of the family for the duration of the time we spend with them. We are fully insured for public liability and for Care Custody and Control.
