Any testimonial, comment or photographs taken of before and after our services used as publicity material are reproduced with the knowledge and consent of the client concerned by completing and returning our Evaluation Reference. Disclaimer - Diamond De-cluttering undertakes to make reasonable endeavours in providing advice and encouragement in the de-cluttering and organising process. Ultimately, it is the client’s decision whether to keep items or to let them go. We can accept no responsibility for the actions the client takes on the basis of that advice or encouragement, or their consequences, whether this be at any subsequent or future date following engagement or consultation. Diamond De-cluttering are not able to value your items we organize your items, the client accept responsibility for either keeping or letting go of any such items. Session Value - An on-site session is booked in hours/packages between 2 and eight hours duration, unless otherwise agreed with the client. Cancellation - Cancellations are sometime unavoidable. However, the client agrees that if they cancel a booked service giving less than three working days notice this will incur a fine of £25.00. Payment to be received within 14 days. Access - If you engage us to work at a particular location where access is restricted ie. Doubles yellow lines, permit parking ect, we reserve the right to charge for expenses. Payment Terms - The charges for our services and travel costs will be charged at the agreed price following your consultation visit. Payment is requested at the end of each session for the services provided. Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer, details are available on request for BACs transfers. Some jobs lasting longer than a day may involve further expenses in addition to our service and travel charges. Such further expenses will not be incurred without the prior approval of the customer.
