POSTAL REPAIR SERVICE Once your device has been repaired we will dispatch it to the address provided in your order. All postal repairs service will be charged a £8.50 fee for return postage, This will be added on at the check-out. All postal repairs services will be dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance for up to the value of (£500) and will come with a tracking number. I can not guarantee a time period for the return of your device most of them are as fast as next day delivery. If you for whatever reason miss the delivery of your device, it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection from your local area. If for whatever reason you miss your delivery and the device is returned to me then another £8.50 fee will apply to return it. I offer a 48 hour turn around, but if for some reason i cant repair it with in that time scale such as waiting on parts, then i do not have to offer any discount or anything as such. If your device has been damaged or lost in the post then a claim form will be submitted to royal mail with in the correct time scale. If i was for any reason to replace your device then it would normally be with a second hand device in a similar condition make/model, if i was to give you compensation will would not exceed the amount of £70. If you have placed a order you have the right to cancel the service with in 7 days from purchase date for a full refund. If i can not repair your device the £8.50 return delivery charge will still apply along with a £5 diagnosis fee to tell you what the problem is. QUOTES The repair service price given/selected is just a estimate based on the information you have given me. It may be that the repair price is higher or lower than the original price given/selected, the term (given) meaning from myself via email or phone and the term (selected) meaning the price you agreed to pay when you selected a service from a listing on my website. If the information you have provided turns out to be incorrect and there is more repair work needed, i will contact you via email or phone with a accurate quote. If you do not accept this quote you will have a £5 diagnosis & £8.50 delivery fee to pay. PAYMENTS I accept both online and offline payments. Online payments can only be made through Paypal, postal order, cheque or bank transfer, for any of the other payment methods other than Paypal you would like to use, you would have to contact me via email or phone. Offline payment can be made with cash, paypal, postal order, Cheque or Bank transfer. GENERAL REPAIR SERVICE TERMS I can not guarantee that the water/liquid damage repair service will be successful simply because it is water/liquid damage but i do have a really high success rate. There for this is the only service i do not offer refunds on. So weather your device is working or not after the service the charges will still apply or not be refunded if you have already made payment. If you post or bring your device to me, And i can not tell you what the problem with out taking a look at the device a £5 diagnosis charge will apply. When posting to me please do not send any accessories with it such as box, headphones, charger as they may not be returned. After 30days of holding your device if you are not responding to any emails or phone calls weather the device is repaired or not it will be sold to cover the repair/my time costs. I reserve the right to sub-contract the device out to another repair centre if for whatever reason i can not repair it. Repairs will void manufactors warranty.

All my sittings last between 1 and 2 hours so there is no rushing you in and out. You sit back, relax and have a cuppa while i entertain your little one and get that perfect shot! If you have just had a baby and you are wanting to record those first few days but a bit aprehensive about leaving the house try and get here (even if its in your pyjamas!) and i will take over so that you can have a well earned rest while i look after you and your baby!
