Fourth Precept is a coaching practice, based in the UK, working with managers and executives on changing their organisations. Our experience of working on whole organisation change programs is that they only become truly sustainable when you work with the individuals involved: helping the managers and executives gain clarity on the issues they are facing; supporting them in their decision-making; and challenging them to push the boundaries of their, and their companies, comfort zones.
