My training and background helps me practice that effective change of the individual needs to take into account the whole person and by placing their life in context - instead of focusing on isolated behaviours. Thanks to this approach I succeed in working with people to understand themselves better and let them find their best resources to overcome difficulties with a sustainable strategy.
I provide for business managers and leaders the ability to regain focus, clarity and creativity by clearing the emotional clutter.
For others I offer counsel - and where needed - therapy for depressive illness, anxieties, bereavement and relationship difficulties, be they at home or work, whilst providing for self management - a strategy that will assist for the future.
