Cafe Bruxelles
Cafe Bruxelles’ walls echo with history. It stocks traditional Belgian beers from the land of its inspiration and it also uses a beautiful old building as its home.
The Venue.
At the top, the dome is covered in painted glass and a huge golden chandelier hangs from the centre. It's neoclassical in style and was built in 1903 to be a bank.
Behind the bar, two white statues of men hold an arch and the effect is striking and beautiful. Your attention will not focus on anything else (except, perhaps, the beers).
Cafe Bruxelles also has a private cellar bar. It's more modern, but it replicates the period decor of upstairs. There is no gorgeous dome, but the place is ideal for a private party fuelled by fantastic beers.
