If you like what you have seen in the galleries and would like to commision us to paint some figures for you, this page will give you all the information you need.
A typical commission:-

You contact us by email detailing what you would like painting. The more detail you can give the better - standard, colour, basing and any extras you want - assembly, conversions, etc

We will then email you with details and ask for clarification if necessary, enabling us to give you a firm quote and a estimate of timescales.

You accept the quote by sending a 50% deposit, plus either the figures or full payment of the figures if you wish us to purchase them for you.

Once the project is complete, we will email you photographs of the painted figure(s) and an invoice for the outstanding amount. We are willing to make small alterations or touch up minor errors. If the work meets your initial specifications yet you request major changes you may incur further costs.

You pay the outstanding balance via cash, paypal or cheque. In your final Paypal payment, please send instructions regarding shipping.

When the payment has cleared, we send the figures to you.
• If models are not paid for within thirty days of completion without explanation, the models will become property of theBattleforge Limited as payment and we will find another buyer for them. There is usually no problem, however this protects us against doing the work for nothing.
All prices quoted include preparation, painting and basing. Prices exclude the cost of the figures unless requested, postage and insurance charges. The prices shown below are guide prices only and will vary depending on individual requirements and standard required.
Standard Prices are between £4 and £10 per Foot Troop, between £10 and £20 per Mounted Troop.
Individual figures vary in price, from £10 upwards. These could be characters, such as heroes, or you may want a regiment or squad painted to a very high level. Larger figures, such as Vehicles, War Machines, Giants, Dragons etc, generally start at around £25.
Conversions :
You set the budget for bits needed to be used in the conversions and we will work within that to produce a unique finished product. On top of that there will be an additional charge for our work producing the conversions, depending on how extreme a conversion you desire.
