Classes run every day of the week with new recruits initially joining on a 4 week beginner's course at a cost of &35. During this time recruits learn basic blocks, strikes, form structure and start to build their Wing Chun foundations. On completion of the course the recruits are able to participate in regular weekly sessions available within the structured timetable. Each week the students learn a new technique and skill within their belt status and once all the techniques within their belt status are taught and understood the students are able to grade for the next belt within the system. First and foremost, martial arts offer exciting and dynamic training for the mind, body and spirit.
