The Nursery is situated one mile from Yarm, three miles from Stockton and five miles from Middlesbrough. Outside play areas are available and used all year round. Glenfield Nursery operates five nurseries within the building - one for children 6 weeks to 18 months, one 18 months to 2 years, one 2 to 2 and a half years, one 2 and a half to 3 years and one from 3 years to school ages. we provide a professional service is very safe and happy surroundings, preparing children for entry to Primary School. A child's greatest power of learning is from 0-7 years of age. These years are the most formative of a child's life. We use a unique blend of qualified Teachers and Nursery Nurses to care for and stimulate your child. By the time your child is old enough to go to Primary School, he/she will have been taught first stage reading and writing, beginners French and Music and Movement, in a homely friendly Day Nursery with a solid traditional and educational element to each day. NURSERY HOURS Our Nursery day commences at 7.30am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Morning Sessions - 7.30am - 1.00pm Afternoon Sessions - 1.00pm - 6.00pm Full-Day Sessions - 7.30am - 6.00pm We are a very flexible nursery catering for parents as well as children and if these hours do not fit your particular requirements we will make special arrangements to help you.
