After over 15 years of working in the retail industry, I decided to start up my own gift and home decorations business called ‘the little old shed’. Why ‘the little old shed’? I hear you ask… well I can thank my lovely husband for that one. A few years ago he started home brewing and wanted a name for his home brewery. As he was brewing in our little old shed, it seemed the ideal name. So although this is a completely new and exciting project, ‘the little old shed’ name continues… I love looking for gifts for others or little treats for our home so this seemed the right business for me to start. I especially love the shabby chic style that is really popular at the moment and I have enjoyed hunting for the perfect stock from wholesalers around the country to get great quality products for the best prices. I hope there is something you will like to. I plan to attend local and national events such as craft shows and fetes, as well as offer ‘the little old shed’ home parties.
