My name is Emma. I am the Store Manager and I would like to welcome you to the Great Harwood Original Factory Shop - your friendly local shop for fantastic products at amazing prices.
I have been a Store Manager for 8 years and have been here at Great Harwood for just over a year. I am very proud of the store and the team who work here. My team includes Assistant Manager Karen (who has been here for 9 months), Supervisors Nicky and Laura, and our Sales Assistants, including several long serving members of staff: Joan, Sheila, Sandra, Jacky, Amera, Michael, Danielle and the two Sarahs. The team is fantastic.They are hard working and focused, and between us we have nearly 80 years of customer service experience.
We all live locally and are always happy to help you with our wealth of knowledge and experience. We also support local charities, and this year we are supporting Hyndburn Stray Dogs. We are running several raffles and events to raise much needed funds for this worthy cause - please see in store for our latest event.
We stock a massive range of goods from storage boxes and cleaning essentials to Hoovers and steam cleaners. We also have a large range of fashion & clothing available, including mens, ladies, and childrens fashion and shoes, plus much much more besides.
