Three Cords Design is a trained artist and designer, with a passion for colour, texture and beautiful things. Her career as spanned working with art based textiles and traditional fine art, to fine dressmaking, clothing design and bespoke wedding design.
Her art work is inspired by the beautiful local landscape of Northumberland and the beauty and fragility of the natural world. she explores her faith through some her pieces and accepts commissions for that really special gift.
Three Cords Design bridal gowns are created and designed in consultation with the bride, providing a unique bespoke service. Bridal pieces usually compromise a free consultation to discuss design and fabric choices. A muslin (test garment) fitting and at least two fittings of the dress during construction.
