The process only requires you to be able to lay back in a dentist chair with a mouth retractor, as we take care of everything that's going on around you most clients experience a relaxing treatment. We do recommend that clients take some paracetamol and ibuprofen the first night after there treatment, as the gel continues working some will feel a temporary sensitivity and so this precaution can stop your sleep being interrupted
Will it damage my enamel? - No, it’s a gentle treatment that does not affect the enamel.
Can it whiten crowns or veneers? - Yes, but only to their original colour.
How white will my teeth become?- This depends on the teeth, each individuals are different. we ask our clients to keep in mind that this is natural teeth whitening and not veneers. This whitening will never achieve a fake white smile that costs £20,000, but you can see from our photos the sorts of results that can be achieved, and now used by many celebs. My teeth are whiter but..... - but you were hoping for that "omg your teeth are really white!" effect. Badly stained teeth will always be a lot whiter than before but such bad stains can struggle to reach the top shades of white, this is not a problem as customers can repeat the treatment as often as they like, the more you whiten the whiter they will become until they reach number 1 on the whitening guild (please note if clients teeth are shade one on the guild we reserve the right to refuse treatment as there will be no improvement for the client)
How long will the results last? - We state that on average the treatment last between 12-18months depending on various factors such as smoking and regularly consuming staining agents.
What causes teeth discoloration? - There are many causes. The most common include ageing, consumption of staining substances. These substances may include coffee, tea, colas, red wine, tobacco, tetracycline (antibiotic) staining, excessive fluoride, nerve degeneration, and old restorations.
